As a member of Troop 218, you’ll explore the outdoors, learn essential life skills, and build lasting friendships. We camp under the stars, hike scenic trails, and engage in thrilling activities like hiking, kayaking, climbing, and team games.
You’ll also master classic scouting skills like orienteering, cooking, knot tying, and fire-building while earning merit badges in areas that interest you. Beyond the fun, Scouting helps you grow as a leader, develop self-confidence, and learn the importance of service to your community.
Whether you’re new to scouting or have experience, Troop 218 offers a welcoming environment to challenge yourself, achieve your goals, and make lifelong memories. Join us on this exciting journey!
Troop 218 meets every Wednesday night from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at St. Elizabeth's Church at 175 Wolf Hill Rd, Huntington Station, NY 11746.
Boys ages 11-17 are welcome to visit any meeting! (Any boy who earned his Arrow of Light award and is at least 10 years old may also join.)
